  • [ back to top ]The Opportunity
    1. [ back to top ]Why do people choose to join a Dating Agency?
In today's hectic times, the challenges for people seeking suitable partners have never been greater. Many people are just too busy to meet like-minded people and as you get older, the typical places for people to meet are less appropriate. With more people working from home than ever before and peoples social circles smaller, the demand for professional introduction services has risen dramatically. The realisation by people of the need to be pro-active in their search for a partner, combined with the removal of any stigma through the use of hugely popular but largely ineffective Online dating services, meets a bright future for TopMatch.
    2. [ back to top ]Why will singles choose to join TopMatch?
In the eyes of Members, apart from the huge and essential credibility of TopMatch being part of a growing national/international network of Franchises, operating in 5 countries, the service USP's that set us apart, are made up of a number of key benefits - primarily that we provide a personal and secure, hand-selected affordable service offering an unlimited number of genuine introductions, with two money back guarantees! You will have enough benefits available to overcome any competitors whatsoever! The huge volume of singles in your Area, who just need making aware of the availability of the service, means you will always have a ready supply of potential Members, regardless of any competition.
    3. [ back to top ]How do I know if this Franchise is right for me?
When evaluating any business opportunity, the first priorities you need to establish are three fundamental factors: sufficient Market Size, Market Demand and Margin. We believe TopMatch certainly meets these criteria and I'm sure after your research, you will recognise the same. The bottom line will simply be whether you really 'want' to do it and then, with our support, being committed to success and only you can make that decision.
    4. [ back to top ]Do I need sales skills to be a TopMatch Franchisee?
No, you simply need to be personable with a likeable nature and a pleasant, professional approach. The benefits of the service make it an 'easy sell' as when prospects are made aware, they choose to become Members.
    5. [ back to top ]How quickly can I achieve a return on my investment?
The time it takes to recover your initial investment can be as short as 90 days and is solely dependent upon the level of local Marketing conducted.
    6. [ back to top ]How accurate are your projected sales figures?
The profit forecast is very realistic and is achievable by anyone willing to invest between 15% and 20% of the Member Fee income in Marketing and who has the determination, the aspiration and the commitment to succeed. As an example one Franchisee has achieved 21 Member Registrations in 24 days of October 2007 as well as 44 Registrations during 7 weeks of July and August, typically the slowest months! Basically, as with all businesses, you will get out what you put in!
    7. [ back to top ]Why wasn't the Franchisee I spoke to achieving the income as projected?
You will operate very much at your own pace, without pressure from Head Office, although obviously the development of the Franchise to fulfil its potential is in both our interests. However we are aware that everyone has their own personal circumstances, work/domestic commitments and aspirations and therefore it's only reasonable that we accept the average results from a cross-section of the entire Franchise network.
    8. [ back to top ]Who is the main competitor for TopMatch?
There is no main, national competitor for TopMatch, just an array of small, independent operators and online dating, although this actually generates new Members for us from the fall-out and has virtually eliminated the old 'stigma' of using dating services.
    9. [ back to top ]What's wrong with Internet Dating?
The feedback from Members, who have tried Internet Dating, has proved that it's a very insecure way of finding a partner and is rife with people misrepresenting themselves (which is of course, one of its attractions). The use of fake or old photos and fictitious profiles and the inability to know whether the person is available or even actually exists, makes Online dating a very ineffective method of meeting a partner. In addition, it's physically and emotionally exhausting to do your own MatchMaking in this way.
    10. [ back to top ]What are the Cash Flow projections?
There are no debtors due to all Membership Fees being made on an up-front basis; therefore the business is cash-positive almost immediately, so cash flow is directly related to sales.
    11. [ back to top ]Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs and no fixed costs either. Apart from the nominal running costs: phone, fuel, etc the only direct cost is the local Marketing.
  • [ back to top ]The Company
    1. [ back to top ]How long has TopMatch been established?
The TopMatch business model has been developed over the past five years during the previous ownership and development of another Introductions Franchise network (SearchMate - with Franchise Areas still operating throughout the UK) by the extremely experienced TopMatch Directors. The new, far superior TopMatch model was created and developed in 2005 and launched in the UK in 2006. A huge amount of experience in the singles business and in Franchising and all the lessons learned from this period have been used to the advantage of TopMatch! Consequently, SearchMate effectively became the learning curve for TopMatch.
    2. [ back to top ]How many Franchisees do you have?
We are currently operating in 5 countries and the number of Area Franchisees is increasing all the time. Please see the UK Franchise Areas Section on our website.
    3. [ back to top ]Who are the people behind TopMatch?
Nora and Russell Leach are the Co-Founders and sole operators of TopMatch.
    4. [ back to top ]How many staff have you got?
We currently have six members of the TopMatch Team, but this number will increase as the number of Franchisees increases.
    5. [ back to top ]Why can't I see you on the first pages of Google?
You are referring to the 'organic' search listings on Google, after keying in dating related keywords - in which case you are correct. There are many large online dating companies, established for several years with huge resources and as they operate solely online, all their focus has been on appearing on the first few pages of Google. There are no offline personal introductions agencies appearing in the first few pages of Google - although we are working on it! However, the most cost-effective and immediate way in which our Franchisees can promote the TopMatch service on the first page of Google, is through the use of the Google sponsored listings Adwords facility. This is one of our primary methods of Lead Generation and this will be conducted on your behalf in your Area. The Adwords facility enables you to geographically target a specific Area, so your advert is not wasted in Areas which you do not cover. For a sample of an advert, please key in the word 'topmatch' and you will see our sites listed in the regular organic listings AND also our sponsored listing advert which appears throughout the UK. Obviously, in Areas where we have Franchisees, if you key in dating related keywords, the TopMatch sponsored advert would then appear.
    6. [ back to top ]Are you a Member of any Associations?
No, we deliberately chose not to join any Franchise/Dating associations as our ethics policy exceeds that set by any Association and therefore offers no real value to us or our clients.
    7. [ back to top ]What socio-economic groups do you target?
The socio-economic Member target groups are primarily: A upper middle class higher managerial, administrative or professional, B middle class intermediate managerial, administrative or professional, C1 lower middle class supervisory or clerical, junior managerial, administrative or professional, C2 skilled working class skilled manual workers. We deliberately priced ourselves out of the lower socio-economic range, to focus on more genuine and serious Clients.
  • [ back to top ]Role of a Franchisee
    1. [ back to top ]What will my actual role be on a day-to-day basis?

Basically, 'a day in the life of' an Area Director, breaks down into 4 main business processes: Lead Generation, Lead Follow Up, Personal Consultation and MatchMaking which are briefly outlined below:

Lead Generation - The two primary methods of generating leads (although there are dozens of additional optional methods) are through local press advertising/pr and online marketing (primarily Google Adwords campaigns which we conduct for you). The marketing investment, which you pay locally, will be between 15 and 20% of the Membership Fees received. Full training will be provided on the training course and in the Franchise operating manual and proven advertising copy will be supplied. Both of these tasks are home-based, using the phone and email to place advertising with local media. This entire process takes up just a few hours a week.

Lead Follow Up - You will receive enquiries and requests for Consultations from several different methods including Phone, Email and Web Forms from your local Area Website which we provide. We will teach you the best way to follow up each contact from prospective new Members and how to convert them to Consultation appointments. We also provide templates of all appropriate follow up letters. This process takes up a few hours a week, dependent upon the level of your marketing campaign.

Personal Consultation - Consultations are conducted in a neutral venue (most commonly the lounge area of a business class hotel), at the prospects own home or even at an office if available, depending on yours and the prospects preferences. They take between an hour and an hour and a half. Appointments can be made during the day, evenings or weekends - to suit you and the prospect. We will teach you all the techniques for encouraging the prospect to open up and reveal as much as possible about themselves and their perceived perfect partner, to enable you to create an accurate and detailed Personal Profile, which is essential for successful MatchMaking. You will also check the persons' identity and take a photograph. Payment is made directly to you. You then simply input the information obtained which is recorded on the web-based Franchise Management System which incorporates the confidential Member Database. Again, we provide templates of all appropriate follow up letters. Depending upon location and your availability, you obviously have the capacity to conduct several Consultations per day if you choose.

MatchMaking - Using your own intuition as well as the profiling facility of the Member Database, within a few weeks you will generate sufficient Members to begin to provide Matches to those original Members. We will provide full training in the MatchMaking techniques required to enable you to provide the closest possible Matches for each Member. You will issue proposed Matches, usually by Email and Members will confirm whether the proposed introduction has been accepted, whereupon contact details are exchanged and they arrange to meet. You may then receive feedback from each Member and can update the Database appropriately. During the course of a persons' Membership, you may be asked to update their Profile with additional information or amendments. This whole process takes just a few hours a week and is of course dependent upon the volume of Members you have and the success of your Matching.

  • [ back to top ]Marketing
    1. [ back to top ]What local Marketing methods can be used to attract Members?
The most effective advertising methods for Lead Generation are a combination of Press Classified adverts and Google Adwords online adverts. However, there are whole host of other effective methods of generating Leads, all of which will be revealed at the Training Course.
    2. [ back to top ]Do you do any National Marketing?
The TopMatch Franchise is being offered as a Business Format Franchise and not a Brand Franchise, consequently no National marketing, other than online search engine optimisation, is currently undertaken due to the huge wastage which would occur at not having a national network fully established. This is reflected in the low initial Franchise Fee currently being charged and the advertising allowance offered both of which are designed to otherwise release funds for a far more effective, local marketing campaign. Obviously Brand awareness will increase significantly as more Franchise Areas are allocated. National advertising and PR campaigns will be conducted once the network is over 60% complete.
    3. [ back to top ]Who pays for the Marketing?
The initial marketing is paid by TopMatch, using your Advertising Allowance. Subsequent marketing is a responsibility of the Franchisee at an average rate of between 15%-20% of Membership sales.
    4. [ back to top ]Do you supply me with any Leads?
Yes, we do supply you with Leads that are received at Head office. All prospects that come through our main TopMatch UK Member Website are immediately re-directed to the Franchise Postcode Area from which the Lead originates from. That said, until we have a more complete national network, the primary method of Lead Generation is through local marketing methods, which will be covered in detail at the training and for which you should allow an investment of between 15% - 20% of the Membership Fees received.
    5. [ back to top ]What is the Advertising Allowance?
This is an amount we allocate from your initial Franchise Fee to be used to generate Initial Leads from your local Area.
  • [ back to top ]Membership Sales
    1. [ back to top ]How much money can I make?
Given the huge volume of single people in each area within the UK, the income potential is only limited by your aspirations.
    2. [ back to top ]How much do I get paid for each member that I sign up?
The amount that you get paid depends upon the Membership Level sold. The Fees can be set by you, subject to a minimum. For more details, please, see the page on our Website.
    3. [ back to top ]Who do Members pay, me or TopMatch?
The Members always pay you directly and you pay us the Management Services Fees monthly.
    4. [ back to top ]How much do I pay you?
You pay us a nominal fixed Fee (approx 17%, dependent upon membership levels sold) for each Member registered and the payment is known as the Management Service Fee (or Royalty). This primarily covers the administration costs at our end, including the ongoing development and maintenance of the Franchise Management System, which incorporates the Member Database, maintenance and all updates to your own Area Website, as well as the ongoing support provided etc.
    5. [ back to top ]How many members will I get in my first year?
The volume of members that you acquire in year 1 will be determined by the level of local marketing you will carry out. An illustration of the income potential can be seen at the page on our Website.
    6. [ back to top ]What are the key differences between the Membership Levels?
The key differences between the two Membership Levels are that the Premier Level is for a 24 month Membership period, offers an unlimited number of Matches and guarantees a minimum number of 12 introductions during this period. The Express Level is for a 12 month Membership period and offers a guaranteed minimum of 4 introductions. At least 95% of new Members choose Premier. For full details please see the Website page at:
    7. [ back to top ]What do the members get for their money?
They get a truly personal service dedicated to finding the ideal partner for them. Please see the Member Service Section on our Website.
    8. [ back to top ]Who gives the members refund if required?
TopMatch is responsible for providing the refund, in the highly unlikely event that this will ever be necessary.
    9. [ back to top ]Can Members pay by Credit Card?
To increase the number of payment options for your prospective members, you may wish to offer debit/credit card facilities. Whilst there is inevitably a payment-processing fee when you provide this service, you are free to state that a 5% fee will be added to all payments made by debit/credit card. Other payment options could include Cheque, Cash, PayPal or Bank Transfers.
    10. [ back to top ]When do Consultations take place?
As mentioned before, appointments can be made during the day, evenings or weekends - to suit you and the prospect. Surprisingly, people are extremely flexible when it comes to scheduling Consultations, often taking breaks from work to meet in the daytime.
    11. [ back to top ]Where do Consultations take place?
Consultations are conducted in a neutral venue (coffee bar/hotel lounge area etc), at the prospects own home or even at an office if available, depending on yours and the prospects preferences.
    12. [ back to top ]What's the conversion rate from the Free Consultation?
As any TopMatch Franchisee will tell you, the conversion rate from a Consultation is virtually 100%! We ensure prospects are fully informed, from the Website, the follow up information and the initial phone call, so there are no surprises. It's usually just a case of seeing the face behind the name, before agreeing to join.
    13. [ back to top ]Will I get any new Members from referrals?
Referrals are a very common way to receive new Members. We don't offer a specific incentive for referrals as we find that satisfied Members are only too happy to recommend our service to others.
    14. [ back to top ]Why do I need to use MatchMaking Consultants@top The use of Consultants is purely optional but can be used to help build your business beyond the limits of your own efforts, by leveraging your available time and conducting Consultations. They operate purely on a self-employed, commission basis, receiving 25% when the Lead was provided by you, or 40% if it was self-generated.
    15. [ back to top ]Do you offer an exclusive HeadHunting service for senior executives seeking a partner?
We offer an international VIP service which is currently being conducted by Nora Leach, although we have plans to offer a local area, reduced fee service that can be conducted by Franchisees, on an optional basis. Please see the Website at: www.vip.topmatch-international.com. Please note: 20% Referral Fees are payable to Franchisees for any VIP international Membership Registrations.
  • [ back to top ]MatchMaking Service
    1. [ back to top ]What skills do I need for MatchMaking?
The Matching process is part science, part art. Obviously a degree of intuition is required and ultimately every Match is dependent upon the critical element of chemistry. However, the likelihood of a suitable and successful Match can be substantially increased through a range profiling techniques, which have been developed from a combination of in-house experience and from conventional practices. Full training and ongoing support is provided to assist you with this process.
    2. [ back to top ]How do I initially provide introductions without having Members?
This is much less of an issue than you would imagine and one easily managed by Franchisees. You will be acquiring new Members daily/weekly and within a few weeks will be in a position to match suitable new Members with those acquired initially. Many Members will have been unattached for a long time and understand that finding a suitable partner is not a quick fix. In addition, they realise they are signing up for a one or two year period and prefer to wait for quality matches rather than quantity (unlike online daters!). However, you will also have access to Members in other Areas of the country, if requested.
    3. [ back to top ]How many members do you have for matching?
The number of members that we have available varies from day to day. Franchisees have access to prospective matches from all areas of the country to assist with matching members from their local area where appropriate.
    4. [ back to top ]Can I match my Members with Members outside my Area?
The default is to Match Members within the specific Franchise Area of origin but the Member database will allow for cross-border Matching if/when required.
    5. [ back to top ]How much technology is used in the MatchMaking process?
The Matching and Administration processes are both carried out using technology, however further development is being undertaken to increase this but balancing this with the need for human input.
  • [ back to top ]Buying the Franchise
    1. [ back to top ]What does the initial Franchise Fee cover?
Unlike most companies, we believe that a true Franchise opportunity should be structured to ensure the Franchisor (TopMatch) primarily derives most of their income from the ongoing Management Service Fees (Royalties) charged to the Franchisee, which are directly linked to the sales success of the Franchisee - and not solely from the initial Franchise Fee. Therefore, the Franchisor has a stake in your success, so you can count on their ongoing commitment! In reality, the Franchise Licence Fee should mainly allow the Franchisor to recover the, albeit considerable, initial franchise, development and marketing costs, provision of the franchise package, training, business set-up, matchmaking admin, ongoing franchise support etc.
    2. [ back to top ]Can I operate the business part-time alongside my present job?
Yes, due to the flexible nature of the role, it's ideally suited to be operated on a part-time basis.
    3. [ back to top ]How much is the Franchise?
As a guide to the price of the Areas, please Click here
However, we may have special promotional prices and finance options available at certain times. Please, ask for full details!
    4. [ back to top ]Why are you offering a special reduced price offer?
The first Franchises allocated form part of the Phase 1 Roll out campaign, where the success of the Franchise is evaluated through several areas of the country and there are just a few allocations remaining to complete this stage. We are nearing the end of the Phase 1 Franchise Roll out campaign, whereupon the Franchise recruitment marketing is to be substantially stepped up, in order to make news of the opportunity more widely known. This is likely to result in a controlled but significantly quicker Roll out rate and consequently, it's likely many more Areas in the UK soon be allocated and the specially reduced price will be withdrawn.
    5. [ back to top ]How long will the current offer prices apply?
The offer prices are under review and can be withdrawn at any time.
    6. [ back to top ]How does the Franchise Money Back Guarantee work?
This offer is to demonstrate our commitment to your success, as is stated in the formal Franchise Agreement. The Money Back Guarantee for Franchisees is simply subject to investing sufficient sums in marketing in order to move the new business from start-up and by doing so, generating sufficient return to equal the initial investment made. We can offer this basically because if we accept you as a Franchisee, therefore believing you have the necessary attributes for success, then provided you invest sufficient amounts in marketing based on the average conversion rates, you will be successful. As with any business, you get out what you put in.
    7. [ back to top ]What's the process to acquire a Franchise?
Once both parties are in agreement to proceed, a 20% deposit will be required to secure the Area, at the current price, enable us to begin your Franchise set-up process and to schedule mutually convenient Training Course dates.
    8. [ back to top ]Is it essential that you meet me before agreeing to offer me the Franchise?
We don't believe in the 'hard-sell' approach which so many other companies adopt. We are a successful business, in a strong financial position and we know the strength of our proposition, along with the substantial differences between us and companies in the same field and therefore prefer to allocate the Franchise to individuals like you who are intelligent enough to identify the opportunity and who 'want' to come on board rather than have to 'persuade' people. That's not the way we choose to work. Without wishing to appear in any way arrogant, the reasons we don't have a need to meet prospective Franchisees face-to-face beforehand are that we have extensive experience in the recruitment of Franchisees and can quickly identify from both correspondence and a phone consultation, those individuals with the necessary attributes for success - although naturally what no-one can evaluate, face-to-face or otherwise, is the level of an individual's determination, motivation and ambition. However, we would be happy to meet you if you wish to meet us and can also use the opportunity to help you with your 'pre Franchise set-up' groundwork.
    9. [ back to top ]How much deposit do I need to pay?
The deposit payable is 20% of the total purchase price.
    10. [ back to top ]Do I need to use a Limited company to set-up and operate the Franchise?
There is really no need to establish a limited company to operate the Franchise; you can be a sole trader, trading as 'TopMatch YourAreaname'. This will reduce your initial costs slightly and your future accounting expenses. If at some point in the future however, you choose to incorporate as a limited company, this can be done very easily.
    11. [ back to top ]What experience do I need?
No previous experience is required. However, successful Franchisees share the following attributes:
      • They possess good communication skills;
      • They have a positive and committed attitude;
      • They are well presented, with a professional approach;
      • They have enthusiastic personalities, eager to share exciting opportunities;
      • They have a deep desire to help others - as well as themselves.
    12. [ back to top ]Can I talk to an existing Franchisee?
Yes of course. All we would ask is that for the convenience of existing Franchisees, you wait until your evaluation of the opportunity is at an advanced stage before making contact. Alternatively, you may wish to view a selection of genuine Testimonials from a few of our Franchisees. Please see the page on our Website

This is an online support facility which enables you to manage your Membership MatchMaking service, track Lead progress, download important documents, advertising templates, marketing materials and receive support, 24/7. [See Preview]
    4. [ back to top ]How long will it take before my Franchise is up and running?
The time period to get up and running can be a matter of weeks and is only dependent upon the preparation of your Franchise Business Package and scheduling the Training Course - following payment of the deposit. Basically, as soon as the Lead Generation begins, the sooner Consultations can be booked and new Members registered.
    5. [ back to top ]What's the purpose of the UK 0870 number?
Franchisees may choose to use a 0870 number (which we provide) diverted to the landline number in order to provide a more professional image and to ensure portability of the number if they should move outside the STD area. Alternatively, you choose to use a regular landline number.
    6. [ back to top ]What would my email address be, can I choose?
Your email address would likely be yourname@topmatch-uk.com but if you prefer an alternative - that's not a problem.
    7. [ back to top ]I don't want all my personal contact details to appear on my personal webpage?
You would be free to choose what contact details you wanted to appear, although obviously your phone contacts and TopMatch Email addresses would be essential.

    9. [ back to top ]Who will assist me every day?
Kalina is our full-time Franchise Support Manager, who is responsible for the initial Franchise set-up and day-to-day support thereafter. She has been with the Company since inception.
    10. [ back to top ]When is the next Training Course?
The number of Franchisees established each month is limited to just two. Training dates will be arranged at mutually convenient time.
    11. [ back to top ]What do we cover on the course?
The main areas covered on the course are: A full explanation of TopMatch's Unique Selling Points, how to successfully find and sell to new members, how to compete with other agencies, how to select appropriate Matches - basically everything you will need to build a successful business!
    12. [ back to top ]Where is the Training Course held?
For the convenience of the Franchisees the course is held at a suitable venue in their location or at our Head Office city location, subject to scheduling availability and is generally held on a one-to-one basis.
  • [ back to top ]The Franchise Agreement
    1. [ back to top ]How long is the Franchise Licence for?
The Franchise Licence is for an initial 5 year term and is renewable without additional Fee for a subsequent 5 year periods, subject only to the terms of the Agreement having been complied with.
    2. [ back to top ]Is there a Franchise renewal Fee charged?
No, there are no renewal Fees charged to renew the Franchise Licence.
    3. [ back to top ]How are Areas allocated geographically?
In the UK, the Franchise Areas are defined using the first two letters of a PostCode. Additional adjacent Areas can also be purchased, as can alternative Areas if the PostCode Area in which you live has already been allocated. All Areas offered have sufficient population and demographics to justify and support a TopMatch Franchise. Other countries operating use an alternative allocation format.
    4. [ back to top ]How do I know what towns are included in my PostCode Area?
If you go to the Franchise Areas page and click on the selected Area of the map, the list of towns covered by that PostCode will be displayed. For more information, please click here.
    5. [ back to top ]Is my area still available?
To see a current listing of available areas, please see the UK Franchise Area Section on our Website. However, if the postcode area in which you live has already been allocated, you may choose an alternative adjacent area, as it's not essential that you live in the area, where you operate the Franchise.
    6. [ back to top ]What's the Regional Franchise?
A UK Regional Franchise is based on several postcode Areas enabling you to sell and develop the Areas within your Region, thus generating a higher level of income.
    7. [ back to top ]Who is the Regional Franchise Option suitable for?
A UK Regional Franchise is offered to serious business professionals who wish to develop a significant territory and to generate income from both Franchise Fees and Management Service Fees (Royalties). Full details can be seen on the page on our Website at:
    8. [ back to top ]Are there any monthly minimum sales required to keep the Franchise?
There are no minimum sales required but a nominal monthly marketing Fee is required to demonstrate your ongoing commitment.
    9. [ back to top ]Is there a fixed monthly fee for the Franchises?
No monthly fixed fees payable by Franchisees. The Royalty Fees are payable directly, related directly to the membership sales achieved each month.
    10. [ back to top ]Do I need an office to operate from?
No. You just need space to work from at home, where you can make phone calls without interruption and can access your PC.
    11. [ back to top ]What happens in the event of sickness?
In the event of sickness, we would be happy to receive your calls and cover your Area for you until you found someone to cover for you locally, if you have a long-term illness. Obviously, it's important to us that your Members are looked after properly, so it's in our interests to do so. Any holiday period or sickness likely to extend beyond 3 weeks would necessitate engaging an assistant on a temporary basis, for which the requirement would be just the answering/return of phone calls and appointment making. Any period less than that can be covered by our Head Office staff at not additional cost.
    12. [ back to top ]What happens if you decide to sell TopMatch International?
We have a five year plan to develop an international network of Franchises, therefore no consideration will be given to selling on the business until after then and even then it's not certain we would wish to do so anytime soon afterwards. However, if we do sell, the Franchise Agreement ensures all the rights of the Franchisee are transferred to the new Franchisor and business carries on as normal. Proof of this can be seen by the continued operation of SearchMate. Obviously, you also have the same option to sell your Area if you so choose.
    13. [ back to top ]Can I see a copy of the Agreement?
Yes of course, once you decide that you'd like to be considered as a TopMatch Franchisee, we'll be happy to send you an online sample copy of the Agreement.
